Welcome to CRERDI (Commercial Real Estate Rent Default Insurance). These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the CRERDI digital platform, underwriting portal, and broker appointment services.

1. Policy Eligibility & Underwriting

Indications, premium calculations, and preliminary quotes generated through this site do not constitute a binder of insurance coverage. All commercial leases are subject to underwriter audit, state surplus lines eligibility requirements, and execution of formal policy documentation.

2. Broker & Agent Representation

Licensed brokers and agents appointed through CRERDI agree to maintain valid state surplus lines qualifications and provide truthful, verifiable tenant financial documentation and executed lease agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

CRERDI® and all associated logos, algorithms, and rating workflows are protected proprietary assets of Golomb, LLC d/b/a Golomb Insurance Services.
